CREATIVE DIRECTOR (PROGRAMMING AND COMMUNICATIONS)
We’re hiring! Are you ReFrame Film Festival’s new Creative Director?
To lead festival curation, communications, and creative programming, ReFrame is seeking a Creative Director to join our team and support the 2027 festival season and beyond. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Creative Director is responsible for implementing the creative and artistic vision of ReFrame Film Festival, overseeing all aspects of creative programming, including curation of artistic work, organizing guests and events, managing the programming budget, creating the festival schedule, leading communications, and representing the organization in the media.
Job Type: Full-time (average of 35 hours/week), salaried, year-round, beginning as soon as possible.
Location: Offices located in downtown Nogojiwanong/Peterborough, with hybrid or remote arrangements available. The ideal candidate will be local to the Nogojiwanong/Peterborough region.
Compensation: $49,000 – $55,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This position includes a comprehensive health benefits package, with ReFrame covering 75% of premiums.
