Firekeeper Drop-In
5:30-6:30pm
Visit with and hear from the firekeepers at the Tipi located at Gzowski College Trent.
Attendance is not ticketed, but will be recorded for anyone participating in the Microcredential.*

Stargazing Workshop

Following the film, oin us outside for stargazing with Kai Recollet and William Kingfisher followed by Waaseyabanokwe Song, performed by Kerry Bebee and Edite Pine.
This workshop is included in a ReFrame Hybrid or In-Person Pass. Space is limited, registration for the stargazing workshop is required.
*Microcredential
This special event is being offered as half of a two-part Microcredential. In order to qualify for the Microcredential, individuals must attend the firekeeper drop-in, as well as the screening and the stargazing workshop (registration is only required for the stargazing workshop). The second half of the Microcredential is the training entitled “Just Get Over It”, offered by First Peoples House of Learning. An opportunity to participate in this training and complete the Microcredential will follow the festival. Those who have already completed the “Just Get Over It” training may participate in this special event in order to qualify for the Microcredential.
Payment is required for parking at Gzowski College.
