ReFrame has been held at the end of January each year since 2005, and is a renowned and celebrated event in Nogojiwanong / Peterborough’s arts and culture community. As an organization, ReFrame is focused on pushing the boundaries of social, cultural and political conversations, celebrating documentary film and media art, and supporting artists and change-makers.
Serving on ReFrame’s Board of Directors is an opportunity to help shape the future of a vital community arts organization. Board members support the festival’s direction, financial health, and community connections, working collaboratively with one another and staff management to ensure its continued impact. We welcome both experienced and emerging leaders who are interested in contributing to this work.
We’re especially interested in candidates with experience in non-profit governance, and we also welcome those who are eager to learn and grow in this area. ReFrame will have four potential openings for Director positions as of our June 2026 AGM, and are currently welcoming expressions of interest.
