RFP Timetable

Proponents Expenses
Applicants are responsible for any expenses incurred in preparing and submitting their proposals.
Scope of Work and Deliverables:
- Operation of projection equipment for the duration of the festival, including three days and one night (January 25th to January 28th, 2024).
- Ensure high-quality film projection and sound during screenings.
- Coordinate with the festival technical team for setup and testing of equipment before the event.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during screenings.
- Work closely with festival staff to ensure a seamless viewing experience for attendees.
PROJECT TIMELINE
The engagement for this position will be from January 23rd to January 28th, 2024, encompassing the setup period and the festival duration. Availability for preparatory meetings and equipment testing prior to the festival is also required.
SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS
Candidates should submit their applications by December 15th, including a resume, a brief summary of their projectionist experience, and references or testimonials from previous engagements. Proposals should also outline any specific technical requirements or preferences for equipment and setup.
PROJECT BUDGET
The remuneration for this position is $1500, commensurate with experience and expertise.
